The recent COVID-19 pandemic and inevitable lockdown period has been an unprecedented and unusual time for everyone. Lynx Fuels understand the challenges and difficulties that this situation has posed for both our valued customers and our very own Lynx Fuels family.
But despite the ever-changing landscape, the single focus of the Lynx Fuels team throughout this crisis is to maintain safety first and to continue to provide the same exceptional level of service that our customers have always received from us pre lockdown.
We are extremely proud to say that we devised a pandemic plan that ensured just that. Our new COVID-19 safety manifesto and an evolved level of customer service ensured we adapted to the changing times and now means we have been able to carry on providing an outstanding fuel delivery to all of our customers. We thank you all for your huge efforts in continuing to support us during the difficult times.
Thanks to our online ordering system, our customers have been able to order their fuel when they need it through the click of a button allowing everyone to stay safe. During the lockdown period, we are proud of our remarkable drivers who have been able to provide an emergency call out service, meaning our customers were never without fuel for very long. Thanks to our online ordering and emergency call outs we have been able to carry on ensuring our customer service is second to none and you were able to speak to real people at all times.
At Lynx Fuels we pride ourselves in the personal service you receive from our drivers and our team in the office. We like to ensure that when you phone up you are able to talk to our friendly team, who will always be happy to assist you. During the pandemic our team worked from and carried on providing fantastic customer service. Our drivers worked hand in hand with our office team to ensure that deliveries were still made on time and all Government guidelines were adhered to.

The special measures that we put in place were to ensure the safety of both our customers and drivers. We were able to complete all deliveries following social distancing guidelines and hygiene was at the forefront of everything we did. We are beyond proud of everyone at Lynx Fuels for adjusting to the measures and still providing a first-class service to all of our customers.
