Customer Relations & Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • To undertake general office administration duties
  • To plan and prioritise workload in a busy office environment
  • To deal competently and efficiently with any customer queries through to conclusion both over the phone and in person
  • Apply good customer service skills at all times
  • To work as part of a team, working effectively and efficiently and communicating well with colleagues
  • To participate in all company training as required
  • To familiarise oneself with all health & safety practises as per induction and abide by the terms of the company handbook.

Job Description

In the role of Customer Relations & Support you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, have unrivalled people skills whilst presenting products and services

The role includes:

  • Working within a busy & fast paced environment
  • Calling both existing and potential customers to develop a relationship and convert leads in to sales
  • Up-selling and cross-selling a range of products and services
  • Order processing and maintaining records are up to date


  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good verbal & written communication skills to ensure customers receive a fantastic service
  • Reliable and committed to working within a small team & the ability to adapt as the business grows
  • Telesales and hitting targets preferred but not essential as training will be provided


  • Salary dependent on experience
  • Office hours Mon-Fri inc
  • Excellent Induction, training and ongoing support

Depot Trainee 

This exciting new post within the Lynx Fuels Team will suit an ambitious and friendly candidate who is eager to learn all there is to know about the fuel distribution business within a local company.  From learning the operations side of the business & stock management through to sales and marketing this is a unique opportunity.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm inclusive
